How to Update VoicePing version

As we keep trying to give the best experience for all our users, we push an updated version into each clients' dashboard once in a while.

We push an update batch by batch and once the update is pushed, there will be a pop up to update on VoicePing app.

How to check and update VoicePing app version:

1. Open VoicePing app

2. Tap 3 dots on right upper corner > Settings

3. Scroll down to the bottom, you will see VoicePing version; e.g 3.1.0 nps xxxxxxxx

   

   
   

4. If there is an update you will see "Update Available. Install update" button > click to install the latest version.

   

   Once the latest version is installed, re-open the app and VoicePing is ready to use.
