Unboxing the VoicePing VP 365 – 4G LTE/WiFi Network Radio!

Free Account Claim Instructions
When you create a new company, you will automatically receive:

1x VP365 device account
-
1x Smartphone App account
This allows you to use both VoicePing V365 device and your smartphone to test.
1. Go to the Claim Page
Open this link in your browser: https://claim.voiceping.com
2. Enter IMEI
Type your IMEI number of the VP365 that you have just purchased

Click Validate IMEI.

If successful, you will see “IMEI validated successfully.”
Next steps:

Select Company Type: New Company, then click Continue.
Enter your email address and submit the form.
3. Check Your Email Inbox
You will receive an email from VoicePing with the subject:
“New company created.”
This email includes:

Your Admin login credentials
-
Your User login credentials
-
Your Company name
If you don’t see the email, please check your Spam/Junk folder.
4. Log In to Your VoicePing Admin Account (on Your Smartphone)
Step 1: Download VoicePing on Your Smartphone
Using your own Android or iOS phone makes setup easier because the screen is larger and the Admin functions are easier to access.

Step 2: Log In as Admin on Your Smartphone

Open the VoicePing App on your phone.

Enter the Admin login details from your welcome email:

Username, Company Name and Password

Tap Log In.

Access to Admin features:

Create groups
-
Add or remove users
-
Change settings

View company accounts
Step 3: Log In the User Account on the VP365 Device
After your admin login is done:

Turn on your VP365 device.
-
Open the VoicePing app on the device.
-
Log in using the user account details from the same email.

Use the same company name, user username, and password

Once both accounts are logged in:

Your smartphone (Admin account)
-
Your VP365 device (User account)
You are now in the same group channel and can talk to each other instantly.
Your VoicePing company is now fully active with both devices connected.
